SHEFFIELD CITY COUNCIL

(BEIGHTON) (20 MPH SPEED LIMIT) ORDER 2023
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on the 29 June 2023 the Sheffield City Council made the above Order which comes into operation on the 3 July 2023 under the provisions of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The effect of the Order will be to introduce a 20mph speed limit on the whole or on parts of: Allen Road, Armstead Road, Aster Close, Batesquire, Byron Road, Cairns Road, Chestnut Avenue, Church Lane, Cooks Road, Copper Beech Close, Cross Allen Road, Daisy Walk, Drake House Lane West, Elcroft Gardens, Elm Road, Fern Avenue, Grange Road, Jasmine Avenue, Lilac Road, Lime Street, Manvers Road, Newbould Crescent, Oak Road, Orchard Lane, Platts Drive, Poplar Avenue, Portland Road, Primrose Crescent, Queens Road, Robin Lane, Rose Avenue, Rosemary Road, Rother Vale Close, Sevenairs Fold, Sevenairs Road, Sevenairs View, Skelton Lane, Sothall Close, Sothall Green, Sothall Mews, Springwell Avenue, Springwell Crescent, Springwell Drive, Springwell Grove, Staton Avenue, Sycamore Street, The Avenue, The Hawthornes, Tulip Tree Close, Victoria Road, Violet Avenue, Woodhouse Avenue, Woodhouse Court, Woodhouse Crescent, Woodlands Avenue and Wyedale Croft.

Any person who wishes to question the validity of the Order or any of its provisions on the grounds that it is not within the powers of the enabling Act or that a requirement of the enabling Act or any of the relevant regulations made thereunder has not been complied with may, within six weeks of the 29 June 2023 make application for that purpose to the High Court.
