What is happening?

THE CITY OF EDINBURGH COUNCIL

(PINKHILL PARK) (TEMPORARY ROAD RESTRICTION AND TRAFFIC REGULATION) ORDER 2023 – TEMP/23/81

The Council has made an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, the effect of which will be that for a temporary period, to facilitate a safe access to the construction site area, no person shall: (a) walk or cause or permit any person to walk/cycle on the footways; & (b) except with the permission of a Parking Attendant, cause or permit any vehicle to wait or load onto or unload from any vehicle at any time on both sides of Pinkhill Park: (i) nth-sth leg, from the south-eastern kerbline of Pinkhill, south-eastwards for 65m; & (ii) east-west leg, from 15m east of the north-eastern kerbline of Pinkhill Park (nth-sth leg), south-westwards for 30m. The Order shall have effect from 1/7/23 to 30/9/23. Existing restrictions may be suspended on the affected sections of roads described in (b).
