What is happening?
(SWANSTON ROAD) (TEMPORARY ROAD RESTRICTION
AND TRAFFIC REGULATION) ORDER 2023 – TEMP/23/140
The Council has made an order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, the effect of which will be that for a temporary period, to facilitate a safe working area for Scottish Water lead repair works, no person shall: (a) drive or cause or permit to be driven any vehicle; & (b) except with the permission of a Parking Attendant, cause or permit any vehicle to wait or load onto or unload from any vehicle at any time on Swanston Rd, both sides, from the north gableend of No. 109 (Unit 1), generally southwards for 340m. The
Order shall have effect from 3/7/23 to 17/8/23. The following
road has no available diversion, where local access will be
maintained: Swanston Rd.
