ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION 14

(LOWER LANE, GOMERSAL, CLECKHEATON) (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2023

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Borough of Kirklees by reason of works proposed to be carried out on or near the road intends not less than seven days from the date of this Notice to make an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in that length of Lower Lane, Gomersal from its junction with Gomersal Lane to its junction with Quarry Road PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with the works to be carried out on or near the closed length of road or to vehicles requiring access up to the point(s) of the closure. Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times. Alternative routes for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via the unaffected length of Lower Lane, Upper Lane, Quarry Road and vice versa. It is intended that the closure will commence on Monday, 17th July 2023 and remain in force until 28th July 2023 (although it can remain in force for any period up to 18 months if necessary).

(CROFTLANDS, DEWSBURY) (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2023

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Borough of Kirklees by reason of works proposed to be carried out on or near the road intends not less than seven days from the date of this Notice to make an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in that length of Croftlands, Dewsbury from its junction with Alderney Road to its junction with Leeds Road PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with the works to be carried out on or near the closed length of road or to vehicles requiring access up to the point(s) of the closure. Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times. Alternative routes for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via Alderney Road, Glenlow Road, Leeds Road and vice versa. It is intended that the closure will commence on Monday, 17th July 2023 and remain in force until 18th July 2023 (although it can remain in force for any period up to 18 months if necessary).

(PUBLIC FOOTPATH DEW/114/10, DEWSBURY) (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF USE) ORDER 2023

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Borough of Kirklees by reason of works proposed to be carried out on or near the footpath intends not less than seven days from the date of this Notice to make an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall proceed in that length of Public Footpath DEW/114/10, Dewsbury from its junction with Stockhill Street to its junction with Oxford Road PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to persons carrying out the proposed works. Alternative routes for persons affected by the closure will be available via Stockhill Street, Oxford Road and vice versa. It is intended that the closure will commence on Monday, 17th July 2023 and remain in force until 11th August 2023 (although it can remain in force for any period up to 18 months if necessary).

(GREEN LANE, WESTBOROUGH, DEWSBURY) (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2023

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Borough of Kirklees by reason of works proposed to be carried out on or near the road has made an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in that length of Green Lane, Westborough from its junction with Staincliffe Road to its junction with North Park Street PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with the works to be carried out on or near the closed length of road or to vehicles requiring access up to the point(s) of the closure. Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times. Alternative routes for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via North Park Street, West Park Street, James Street, Reservoir Street, Staincliffe Road and vice versa. It is intended that the closure will commence on Thursday, 6th July 2023 and remain in force until 13th July 2023 (although it can remain in force for any period up to 18 months if necessary).

(WEST PARK STREET, DEWSBURY) (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2023

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Borough of Kirklees by reason of works proposed to be carried out on or near the road has made an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in that length of West Park Street, Dewsbury from its junction with North Park Street to its junction with Halifax Road PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with the works to be carried out on or near the closed length of road or to vehicles requiring access up to the point(s) of the closure. Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times. Alternative routes for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via Halifax Road, Birkdale Road, North Park Road and vice versa. It is intended that the closure will commence on Thursday, 6th July 2023 and remain in force until 13th July 2023 (although it can remain in force for any period up to 18 months if necessary).

(DUNBOTTLE LANE/CHURCH LANE, MIRFIELD) (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2023

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Borough of Kirklees by reason of works proposed to be carried out on or near the road has made an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in the following lengths of road in Mirfield:- Dunbottle Lane - from its junction with Church Lane to its junction with Lee Green Church Lane - from its junction with Dunbottle Lane to its junction with Huddersfield Road PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with the works to be carried out on or near the closed length of road or to vehicles requiring access up to the point(s) of the closure. Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times. Alternative routes for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via Huddersfield Road, Knowl Road, Water Royd Lane, Lee Green and vice versa. It is intended that the closure will commence on Thursday, 6th July 2023 and remain in force until 13th July 2023 (although it can remain in force for any period up to 18 months if necessary).
