D5313 Aveley Lane and C28 Tilford Hill Road, Farnham
Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order 2023 
On 28 June 2023 Surrey County Council made the above-mentioned Temporary Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to prohibit vehicles from entering or proceeding in: – a) The entire length of D5313 Aveley Lane, Farnham. Alternative route: – Middlebourne Lane, Frensham Road and Aveley Lane. b) That length of C28 Tilford Hill Road, Farnham that extends from its junction with D110 The Reeds Road, to its junction with C122 Menin Way. Alternative route: – Tilford Road, Great Austins, Frensham Road, The Reeds Road and Tilford Road. This Traffic Order is required to enable Swish Fibre to carry out installation of new track, boxes and chambers and/or cabling and/or connection and/or maintenance works. These works are anticipated to be carried out between the hours of 7am and 6pm, within 6 weeks of the 12 month period of operation of this Temporary Order that commences on 04 July 2023. Advanced warning signs will be displayed and the temporary closures which are each anticipated to be required for 24 hours each day, will only operate when the relevant traffic signs are displayed. Access for emergency services, residents, businesses, pedestrians, cyclists and equestrians will be maintained at all times. For a) works are anticipated to be carried out in D5313 Aveley Lane, Farnham between the junction with D5313 Middlebourne Lane and the north-western property boundary of “No.59 Aveley Lane” within 14 days from 04/07/23. For b) works are anticipated to be carried out in C28 Tilford Hill Road, Farnham (i) between D5324 Abbots Ride and “No.2 Tilford Road” within 5 days form 23/10/23, and (ii) between D5324 Abbots Ride and D5300 Lodge Hill Road within 23 days from 28/03/24. 
B3228 West Street and C120 Crondall Lane, Farnham
Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order 2023 
On 28 June 2023 Surrey County Council made the above-mentioned Temporary Order under Section 14(1) of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to: – 1. Prohibit vehicles from entering or proceeding in that length of: –  a) C120 Crondall Lane, Farnham that extends from its junction with B3228 West Street, to the southern side of its junction with Waynflete Lane. b) B3228 West Street, Farnham that extends from its junction with C120 Crondall Lane to (i) the eastern side of its junction with D5333 Crosby Way. (ii) to the north-western property boundary of “Vernon Court”. 2. Revoke “The Surrey County Council West Street and Crondall Lane, Farnham Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order 2022” in its entirety. 3. Revoke “The Surrey County Council C120 Crondall Lane, Farnham Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order 2023” in its entirety. This Traffic Order is required to enable Surrey County Council to safely carry out footway works and/or carriageway resurfacing and/or improvement and/or maintenance works. These works are anticipated to be carried out in 1 week of the 18 month period of operation of this Temporary Order that commences on 01 July 2023. Advanced warning signs will be displayed and the temporary closure will only operate when the relevant traffic signs are displayed. Access for emergency services, pedestrians and, dismounted cyclists and equestrians will be maintained at all times. Access for residents and businesses will be maintained at all times via the alternative routes: – Anti-clockwise: – B3228 West Street, A31 Coxbridge Roundabout, A31 Farnham By-Pass, A31 Shepherd and Flock Roundabout, B3228 Guildford Road, B3228 East Street, B3228 Dogflud Way, B3228 East Street, A287 South Street, A287 Union Street, A287 Downing Street and B3228 West Street. Clockwise: – B3228 West Street, A287 The Borough, B3228 Bear Lane, B3228 East Street, B3228 Guildford Road, A31 Shepherd and Flock Roundabout, A31 Farnham By Pass, A31 Coxbridge Roundabout and B3228 West Street. For Crondall Lane – C120 Crondall Lane, Dippenhall Street, Parkridge Street, Bowling Alley, A287 Farnham Road, A287 Odiham Road, A287 Folly Hill, A287 Castle Hill and A287 The Borough then follow either clockwise or anti.clockwise described above. Any vehicle found to be obstructing the highway during these works will be removed to a suitable location outside the limits of the works after all reasonable methods have been undertaken to identify and contact the vehicle’s owner. 
D5517 Church Lane and D5517, Church Green, Haslemere
Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order 2023 
Surrey County Council propose to make the above-mentioned Temporary Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to prohibit vehicles from entering or proceeding in that length of: – a) D5517 Church Lane, Haslemere that extends from the western side of its junction with D5518 Beech Road, to its junction with D5517 Church Hill. b) D5517, Church Green, Haslemere that extends from its junction with D5517 Church Lane, to its junction with D5517 Church Hill. This Traffic Order is required to enable Network Rail to carry out earthworks and/or drainage work to railway cutting and/ or maintenance works. These works are anticipated to be carried out in 2 phases, within 4 weeks of the 12 month period of operation of this Temporary Order that commences on 19 July 2023. For Phase 1. works are anticipated to be carried out within 2 weeks from 19 July 2023. For Phase 2. works are anticipated to be carried out within 2 weeks from 10 October 2023. Advanced warning signs will be displayed and the temporary closure which is anticipated to be required for 24 hours each day, will only operate when the relevant traffic signs are displayed. Access for pedestrians, emergency services, residents and businesses will be maintained at all times. Access for cyclists and equestrians will be maintained at all times via the alternative route: – Haslemere High Street, Lower Street and Tanners Lane. 
Monks Well (D5326), Farnham
Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order 2023 
Surrey County Council propose to make the above-mentioned Temporary Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to prohibit vehicles from entering or proceeding in that length of Monks Well (D5326), Farnham which extends from its Junction with Camp Hill Road westwards for 40 metres. Alternative Route – There is no applicable diversion route. The Order is required to allow Sunbelt Rentals to carry out survey for access to underground BT structure works, which is anticipated to be completed within 19 days, between 8:00am and 4:00pm, during the 12-month period of operation of this Order which will commence on 24 July 2023. Advanced warning signs will be displayed, and the temporary closure will only operate when the relevant traffic signs are displayed. Access for pedestrians and cyclists will be maintained at all times.
