Section 90c Highways Act 1980 2022/23 School Expansion Scheme Programme Proposed Traffic Calming Measures Breary Lane, Adel and Wharfedale
Leeds City Council proposes to implement the above highway improvements and is required under Section 90C of the Highways Act 1980, to place at appropriate points on the highway concerned a Notice of their proposals.
The proposal includes the provision of:
The proposal includes the provision of a full road width bituminous speed table elevated to a maximum height of 75 millimetres above the carriageway at the following locations: Breary Lane, Adel and Wharfedale – 10 metres south east of its junction with Parklands Gate.

If you wish to object to or make any representations concerning the proposed traffic calming measures, you should write to Mrs J Lishman, Development Team, Legal Services, Leeds City Council, Civic Hall, Leeds LS1 1UR, or email legal. development@leeds.gov.uk, specifying the grounds on which your objection or representation is made, no later than 12 noon on 17th July 2023 quoting reference “Breary Lane 1092/LCC/01”.
