What is happening?

THE CITY OF EDINBURGH COUNCIL

(A71, CALDER ROAD AND DALMAHOY ROAD, EDINBURGH) (30MPH SPEED LIMIT) ORDER 2023 – TRO/22/06

The Council on 21/6/23 made the above Order,which will come into operation on: 26/6/23. The effect is as stated in The Scotsman dated 11/11/22. Details of the made Order and related documents, including our privacy notice, can be viewed free or charge, between 9:30 to 15:30 Mon-Fri from 23/6/23 to 4/8/23 at Waverley Court Reception or online during the same period at www.edinburgh.gov.uk/trafficorders. Any person wishing to question the validity of the Order or any provisions contained in it on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, or on the grounds that any requirement of that Act or any relevant regulation has not been complied with in relation to the Order, may within six weeks from 21/6/23 apply to the Court of Session for this purpose.
