I give notice that Tarmac is applying to Derbyshire County Council for retrospective planning permission for the retention of buildings and structures adjacent to Whitwell Works to support the mineral extraction operations at Whitwell Quarry, Craggs Road, Whitwell, Derbyshire, S80 3LJ.

Members of the public may inspect copies of the application, plans and other documents submitted with it by prior arrangement at Derbyshire County Council, County Hall, Matlock, Derbyshire, DE4 3AG, tel. 01629 539800 (available online at www.derbyshire.gov.uk), or at the Planning Department, Bolsover District Council, The Arc, High Street, Clowne, Chesterfield, S43 4JY, (available online at www.bolsover.gov.uk) during all reasonable hours until 20 July 2023.

Anyone who wishes to make representations to the County Council about this application should do so by 20 July 2023,

  • by writing to the Executive Director of Place, at the County Council postal address given above,

  • by email to: planningrepresentations@derbyshire.gov.uk,or

  • by using the facility for representations about current planning applications available on the Council’s website www.derbyshire.gov.uk.
