A616 Creswell Road - Temporary Road Closur
What is happening?
DERBYSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL
TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE
A616 CRESWELL ROAD, CLOWNE
WHEN: 13th July 2023 (09:30 to 15:30)
WHERE: A616 Creswell Road, Clowne between its junction with the B6417 North Road for a distance of 90 metres in an easterly direction.
REASON: To facilitate manhole cover and frame renewal works.
ALTERNATIVE ROUTE: A616 Creswell Road (from point of closure), B6418 Station Road, B6417 North Road and vice versa.
Access will be maintained, whenever reasonably possible, on the affected length of road. The road will re-open as soon as the work is finished. This may be earlier than advertised.
Derbyshire County Council apologises for any inconvenience caused while work takes place. Anyone needing further information should ring Call Derbyshire on 01629 533190. The County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) to prohibit its use by traffic.
