have made an Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic
Regulation Act 1984 as amended by the Road Traffic
(Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991 because works are being
or proposed to be executed on or near the road and the effect
will be to prohibit any vehicle from proceeding in that section
of road that comprises of the railway level crossing area on
Kirton Lane at Thorne in the City of Doncaster District as
described in the Schedule to this notice on the dates and
times referred to in the said Schedule.
Reason for closure: To ensure the safety of the public and the
workforce whilst works to replace level crossing traffic lights
are undertaken.
NOTICE is also given that the alternative route for vehicles
affected by the Order is via Gibbons Lane, Kirton Lane,
Thorne Road, Field Road, Church Road, Station Road, High
Street, Epworth Road, Hatfield Road and vice versa.

(Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991 because works are being
or proposed to be executed on or near the roads and the
effect will be to prohibit any vehicle from entering, proceeding,
waiting or making the manoeuvres in those lengths of road at
Stainforth in the City of Doncaster District as described in the
