Savile Terrace - Temporary Road Restrictions
What is happening?
(SAVILE TERRACE) (TEMPORARY ROAD RESTRICTION
AND TRAFFIC REGULATION) ORDER 2023 – TEMP/23/125
The Council has made an order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, the effect of which will be that for a temporary period, to facilitate Scottish Water sewer CCTV works, no person shall: (a) drive or cause or permit any vehicle to be driven; & (b) except with the permission of a Parking Attendant, cause or permit any vehicle to wait or load onto or unload from any vehicle at any time on Savile Ter, both sides, from the west gable end of No. 1, north-eastwards for 35m. The Order shall have effect from 26/6/23 to 7/7/23. The following road has no available diversion, where local access will be maintained: Savile Ter. Existing restrictions may be suspended on the affected section of road described in (b).
