KINCARDINE AND MEARNS – TEMPORARY SPEED LIMITS
“The Aberdeenshire Council (Kincardine and Mearns SD – 19.06.23) (Temporary Speed Limits) Order, 2023” has been made under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act, 1984.
A rolling programme of surface dressing works at a number of sites will be carried out from 19.06.23 to 29.10.23. The order will introduce a 10mph speed limit for convoy working during surface dressing application and 20mph speed limit (with 40mph transitional zone as applicable) during preparation works and post application aftercare, lining and studding works, at the undernoted locations. It is not possible to provide exact dates for each site, however the restriction will only be in force when signs indicative of the speed limit are displayed at the location.
