What is happening?

CLOSURE OF ROADS & WAITING, LOADING & UNLOADING RESTRICTIONS IN WHITBURN - TTO/23/153
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council have made an Order in terms of Section 62 of the Roads (Scotland) Act 1984 to the effect that in connection with Whitburn Gala Day Main Parade on 24 June 2023 between the hours of 0945 and 1330 the roads as narrated in the Schedule below will be closed to vehicular traffic and waiting, loading and unloading restrictions will apply. Alternative routes are also noted in said Schedule.
