Rotton Park Road - Temporary Road Closure For Footway Works

(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF THROUGH FOOTPATH) ORDER 2023
NOTICE is hereby given that Birmingham City Council have made an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit any person from proceeding along the footpath in Rotton Park Road at its junction with City Road.
The diversion route for persons affected by the Order will be signed on site.
The aforementioned length of footpath will remain open for contractor’s plant and for local authority and emergency services.
The temporary Order is required to allow Footway Works to be carried out in safety.
Access to frontages will be maintained as necessary.
These prohibitions shall apply only during such times and to such extent as shall from time to time be indicated by traffic signs prescribed by The Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016.
The Order will come into operation on Monday 19th June 2023 and will remain in force for a period of 10 weeks or until the works are completed whichever is the earlier.
