B6341 HEPPLE VILLAGE HEPPLE
(TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE) ORDER 2023

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Northumberland County Council have made an Order to prohibit the use by vehicular traffic on the following sections of highway in the County of Northumberland:
B6341 Bilsmoor To Thropton from its junction with C172 heading in a southerly direction for a length of 2085 metres
B6341 Hepple Village from its point with Bilsmoor To Thropton heading in a south westerly direction for a length of 60 metres
The Order is to be effective from the 12th June 2023 until the 31st October 2023.
It is expected that the road will only be closed from the 12th June 2023 until the 14th June 2023 between the hours of 08:00 until 16:00 during this period; however, the order will remain in place until 31st October 2023.
The alternative route for vehicular traffic will be via the B6341, A696, C195, B6342 and vice-versa.

The closure has been requested by Northumberland County Council to carry out resurfacing works. In order to minimise future disruption, other contractors may be undertaking works throughout the duration of this Order.
