Public Footpath’s No.19, No.20 & No.21, Heath & Holmewood - Temporary Footway Closure
What is happening?
DERBYSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL
TEMPORARY FOOTPATH CLOSURE
PUBLIC FOOTPATH’S NO.19, NO.20 & NO.21, HEATH & HOLMEWOOD
WHEN: 12th June 2023 to 5th December 2023.
WHERE: Close public footpath No.19 from its junction with public footpath No.20 east for 50 metres. Close public footpath No.20 for its whole length. Close public footpath No.21 from its junction with public footpath No.20 to its junction with public footpath No.13.
REASON: To facilitate public safety during landscaping works.
ALTERNATIVE ROUTE: No alternative route recommended.
Access will be maintained, whenever reasonably possible, on the affected length of footpath. The footpath will re-open as soon as the work is finished. This may be earlier than advertised.
Derbyshire County Council apologises for any inconvenience caused while work takes place. Anyone needing further information should ring Call Derbyshire 01629 533190.
The County Council has made an Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) to prohibit its use by traffic.
