Duke Street, Temporary Suspension Of Parking Due To Construction Works

DARLINGTON BOROUGH COUNCIL ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 (TEMPORARY SUSPENSION OF RESTRICTION AND PARKING PLACES) 2023 DUKE STREET, DARLINGTON
Darlington Borough Council has made an Order under the provisions of Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act, 1984, as amended, the effect of which will be to temporarily suspend: No Waiting 8am - 6pm Duke Street, the north side, from a point 13 metres east of its junction with Larchfield Street to its junction with Raby Terrace Pay and Display Parking Places - Duke Street, the south side from a point 8 metres east of its junction with Larchfield Street to a point 27 metres west of its junction with Raby Terrace Disabled Parking Places - Duke Street, the south side from a point 1 metre west of its junction with Raby Terrace westwards for a distance of 26metres
To allow construction works to take place on the north side of Duke Street in phases from Larchfield Street to Barnard Street and from Barnard Street to Raby Terrace, and to permit on street parking when works allow. The maximum duration of the temporary restriction under this notice is 18 months commencing from 2nd June 2023.
