PUBLIC NOTICE 

THE WOLVERHAMPTON CITY COUNCIL (BROAD LANE SOUTH) (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2023

 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Wolverhampton City Council have made an Order under Section 14(1)(a) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as substituted by the Road Traffic (Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991, prohibiting vehicles from proceeding along Broad Lane South closed in both directions at its junction with Waddens Brook Lane. The vehicular diversion route is: Waddens Brook Lane, Wednesfield Way, Lakefield Road, Lichfield Road, Stubby Lane and vice versa. The Order may operate for a maximum period of eighteen months, it is anticipated that the above road closure will be in place from the 30 May 2023 until 9 June 2023 (approximately). The Order is required to facilitate water mains installation by Severn Trent Water.
