Old Hakin Road, Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Due To Bridge Repairs

What is happening?

Rhoddir HYSBYSIAD trwy hyn fod Cyngor Sir Penfro wedi gwneud gorchymyn o dan adran 14 o Ddeddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffyrdd 1984 fel y'i diwygiwyd gan Ddeddf Traffig Ffyrdd (Cyfyngiadau Dros Dro) 1991.

Mae'r gorchymyn yn angenrheidiol fel y gellir gwneud gwaith atgyweirio i bont reilffordd yng nghyffiniau Light a Pipe Farm.

Effaith y gorchymyn fydd gwahardd dros dro bob traffig cerbydol ac eithrio cerbydau eithriedig rhag mynd ar hyd y rhan honno o'r ffordd Dosbarth III (C3006) Old Hakin Road, Pont Fadlen – o’i chyffordd â’r eiddo a elwir Bethany Farm, i’r de i’r eiddo a elwir Light a Pipe Farm.

Y llwybr amgen ar gyfer traffig fydd ar hyd ffordd yr C3006 Old Hakin Road, ffordd yr A4076(T) Hwlffordd i Aberdaugleddau i mewn i Johnston ar hyd Dredgeman Hill, New Bulford Road (C3013), a ffordd yr C3006 Tiers Cross i Bont Fadlen.

Bydd mynediad i gerddwyr yn cael ei gynnal trwy gydol y cyfnod y bydd y ffordd ar gau.

Y bwriad yw y bydd y cyfyngiadau, a fydd yn cael eu harwyddo’n briodol, yn dod i rym ddydd Sadwrn 27 Mai 2023 am saith noson rhwng 10pm a 6am.

Bydd y gorchymyn yn parhau i fod yn ddilys am uchafswm o 12 mis fel cynllun wrth gefn pe bai angen aildrefnu'r gwaith neu os bydd unrhyw amgylchiadau annisgwyl.

THE COUNTY OF PEMBROKE (CLASS III (C3006) OLD HAKIN ROAD, MERLINS BRIDGE, NR HAVERFORDWEST),

(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF VEHICULAR TRAFFIC) ORDER 2023

NOTICE is hereby given that Pembrokeshire County Council has made an Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended by the Road Traffic (Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991.

The Order is necessary so that railway bridge repairs in the vicinity of Light-a pipe Farm can be carried out.

The effect of the Order will be to temporarily prohibit all vehicular traffic other than exempted vehicles from proceeding along that section of the class III (C3006) Old Hakin Road, Merlins Bridge – from its junction with the property known as Bethany Farm, south to the property known as Light-a-pipe Farm.

The alternative route for traffic will be via the C3006 Old Hakin Road, A4076(T) Haverfordwest to Milford Haven road into Johnston via Dredgman Hill, New Bulford Road (C3013) and C3006 Tiers Cross to Merlins Bridge road

Pedestrian access will be maintained for the duration of the closure.

It is intended that the restrictions, which will be signed accordingly, will come into effect on Saturday 27th May 2023 for 7 night between the hours of 22:00 and 06:00hrs.

The Order will remain valid for a maximum period of 12 months as a contingency should the works need to be rescheduled or in the event of any unforeseen circumstances.
