Temporary Restriction of Vehicular Traffic Order 2023 - Halfway Street, Sidcup -Notice of Intention
1. The London Borough of Bexley, being the Traffic Authority for the above-mentioned road, in exercise of powers conferred by section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that, to enableJB Riney on behalf of The London Borough of Bexley to undertake highway improvement works in the carriageway, they intend to make an Order the effects of which will be the introduction of;
- Prohibition of traffic from 108 to 142 Halfway Street, Sidcup
- Waiting restriction from 108 to 142 Halfway Street, Sidcup
- Loading prohibition from 108 to 142 Halfway Street, Sidcup
2. The Order will come into effect on I st June 2023 and is valid for a period of 18 months. However, the works are expected to be completed within 2 days.
3. Whilst the works are in progress, a diversion will be provided via: Halfway Street, Days Lane, Annadale Road, Willersley Avenue and reverse
4. Nothing in this Notice will apply to anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police constable in uniform or traffic warden, to emergency service vehicles, or to vehicles being used in connection with the works.
5. The restrictions described above will apply only during such times and to such extent as shall be indicated by traffic signs as prescribed by the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016.

Temporary Restriction of Vehicular Traffic Order 2023 - Northall Road, Bexleyheath - Notice of Making an Order
1. The London Borough of Bexley, being the Traffic Authority for the above-mentioned road, in exercise of powers conferred by section I4{l) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that an order has been made, to enable Thames Water Utilities to undertake repair and maintenance in the carriageway from 64 to 42 Northall Road, Bexleyheath, the effects of which will be the introduction of:
- Prohibition of traffic from 64 to 42 Northall Road, Bexleyheath
2. The Order will come into effect on 30 May 2023 and is valid for a period of 18 months. However the works are expected to be completed within 5 days.
I. Whilst the works are in progress, an alternative route will be provided via: Northall Road, Manor Way, Beverley Road, Northall Road, and reverse
3. Nothing in this Notice will apply to anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police constable in uniform or traffic warden, to emergency service vehicles, or to vehicles being used in connection with the works.
4. The restrictions described above will apply only during such times and to such extent as shall be indicated by traffic signs as prescribed by the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016.

Temporary Restriction of Vehicular Traffic Order 2023 - Bexley High Street, Bexley Notice of Making an Order
1. The London Borough of Bexley, being the Traffic Authority for the above-mentioned road, in exercise of powers conferred by section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Art 1984, HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that an order has been made, to enable Keltbray Group on behalf of National Rail to undertake bridge repair works, the effects of which will be the introduction of:
- Prohibition of traffic from Bexley High Street Roundabout to the junction with Manor Road, Bexley
2. The Order will come into effect on 28 May 2023 and 18 June 2023 and is valid for a period of 18 months. However, the works are expected to be completed within 12 hours on both days,
3. Whilst the works are in progress, alternative routes will be provided via:
Bexley High Street, Bourne Road, A2, Old Bexley Lane, Dartford Road, Vicarage Road and reverse Bexley High Street, Hurst Road, Foots Cray Lane, Faraday Avenue, Hatherley Crescent, Station Road, Sidcup High Street, Sidcup Hill, Maidstone Road, North Cray Road, and reverse
4. Nothing in this Notice will apply to anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police constable in uniform or traffic warden, to emergency service vehicles, or to vehicles being used in connection with the works.
5. The restrictions described above will apply only during such times and to such extent as shall be indicated by traffic signs as prescribed by the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016.

The Bexley (Waiting and Loading Restriction) (Amendment No. 21) Traffic Order 2023
1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Bexley have on 22 May 2023 made the above-mentioned Order under sections 6, and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Art 1984, as amended by Section 8 of and Part I of Schedule 5 to the Local Government Act 1985.
2. The general effect of the Bexley (Waiting and Loading Restriction) (Amendment No 21) Traffic Order 2023 would be to: -
a) Introduce new 'At any time' no waiting restrictions in parts of:- Alsike Road, Abbey Wood, Beechway, Bexley. Blake Close, Welling. Burns Close, Welling. Chaucer Road, Welling. Crabtree Manorway North, Erith. Igtham Road, Bexleyheath. Faraday Road, Sidcup. Fen Grove, Sidcup. Granvile Road, Welling. Hayward Close, Crayford. Heatherside Road, Sidcup. Iron Mill Lane, Crayford. Larner Road, Erith. Lewis Road, Sidcup. Lyndon Avenue, Sidcup. Maran Way, Abbey Wood. Melville Road, Sidcup. Palmeria Road, Bexleyheath. Raeburn Road, Sidcup. Ripley Road, Belvedere. Ronaldstone Road, Sidcup. Shelly Close, Welling. South Gipsy Road, Welling. Swanton Road, Bexleyheath. Thanet Road, Erith. The Avenue, Bexley. The Crescent, Sidcup. The Sanctuary, Bexley. c) Add lengths of Mon - Fri 8.00am - 4.30pm' no waiting restrictions to existing 'Mon - Fri 8.00am - 4.30pm' no waiting restrictions in parts of:- Days Lane, Sidcup.
d) Replace 'Mon - Fri 11.00am - 1.00pm' no waiting restrictions with 'At any time' no waiting restrictions in parts of:- Alsike Road, Abbey Wood. Lanridge Road, Abbey Wood.
e) Replace 'Mon - Fri 1.00pm - 3.00pm' no waiting restrictions with of 'Mon - Fri 8.00am -4.30pm* no waiting restrictions in parts of:- Burnt Oak Lane, Sidcup.
3. Copies of the Order which becomes operational on 29 May 2023, the corresponding Parent Order (and the Orders that have amended that Order); the Council's Statement of Reasons for making the Order and plans which indicate the length of roads to which the Order relates can be inspected during normal office hours on Mondays to Fridays inclusive, at the Contact Centre, 2 Watling Street, Bexleyheath, Kent DA6 7AT.

Persons desiring to question the validity of the Order or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the powers of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or that any of the relevant requirements thereof or of any regulations made thereunder has not been complied with in relation to the Order may, within six weeks of the day on which the Order were made, make application for the purpose to the High Court

Temporary Restriction of Vehicular Traffic Order 2023 - Pickford Road, Bexleyheath - Notice of Making an Order
1. The London Borough of Bexley, being the Traffic Authority for the above-mentioned road, in exercise of powers conferred by section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Art 1984, HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that an order has been made, to enable Cappagh Contractors on behalf of Thames Water to repair a collapsed sewer in the carriageway, the effects of which will be the introduction of:
- Prohibition of traffic outside 12 Pickford Road, Bexleyheath
- One way street to be turned into a two-way street on Pickford Lane from the junction with Broadway to the junction with Ethronvi Road Bexleyheath
- No entry sign on Pickford Lane, Bexleyheath to be suspended.
2. The Order will come into effect on 30 May 2023 and is valid for a period of 18 months. However the works are expected to be completed within 14 days.
3. Whilst the works are in progress, alternative routes will be provided via: Eastbound Diversion: Ethronvi Road, Sandford Road, Broadway. Westbound Diversion: Crook Log, Avenue Road,
4. Nothing in this Notice will apply to anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police constable in uniform or traffic warden, to emergency service vehicles, or to vehicles being used in connection with the works.
5. The restrictions described above will apply only during such times and to such extent as shall be indicated by traffic signs as prescribed by the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016.
