North Yorkshire Council, Temporary Prohibition of Pedestrians, PUBLIC FOOTPATH 10.115/2/1 OVERTON, Order 2020, No.145 NOTICE is hereby given that the above Order, the effect of which is to prohibit any public access along Public Footpath 10.115/2/1 Overton, between grid reference SE55885513 & SE56675537, due to (a dangerous bridge) has been continued in force for a further 12 months until 26/05/24 or until the completion of the works (whichever is the earlier), the closure period will be indicated by traffic signs & a local alternative route will be signed on site where appropriate. TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT PROCEDURE) (ENGLAND) ORDER 2015, NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 15(3) OF APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION ACCOMPANIED BY AN ENVIRONMENTAL STATEMENT, NOTICE UNDER REGULATION 25 OF THE TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT ASSESSMENT) REGULATIONS 2017, SUBMISSION OF FURTHER INFORMATION.

Application Number: NY/2022/0022/ENV dated 21/01/22.Proposed development at land west of Nosterfield Quarry, Nosterfield, North Yorkshire, DL8 2PD. I give notice that Tarmac Trading Limited, having made an application accompanied by an Environmental Statement to North Yorkshire Council for planning permission for a lateral extension to allow the extraction of an additional 1 million tonnes of sand and gravel, together with the rephasing of 471,000 tonnes of permitted reserves, together with final restoration, have submitted further information in relation to the Environmental Statement comprising the following: Updated Environmental Statement Chapters regarding the Introduction, Project Description, Planning Policy, LVIA, Ecology, Water and Summary of Effects, Updated Appendices regarding bird hazard management plan, biodiversity, ecology, landscape and flood risk, Updated figures and plans regarding restoration, cross sections and viewpoints. Members of the public may view the further information (and the original application, plans and Environmental Statement) at Hambleton Area Planning Department, Civic Centre, Stone Cross, Northallerton, during all reasonable hours until 18/06/23.
