Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic
Order 2023 Ref: 24-209
NOTICE is given that the Council of the City of Peterborough has made an
Order pursuant to section 14(1)(a) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which is to stop any vehicle from proceeding along the road known as Graeme Road, Sutton as lies between Lovers Lane and Manor Road. The Council is satisfied that traffic should be prohibited due to proposed works being executed on the above road. The alternativeroute for vehicles affected by this order is Nene Way, Manor Rd and vice versa. The proposed order will come into force on the 17/05/2023 and will continue until the street lighting repair works have been completed or until the 16/05/2024, whichever is the earlier. Closure dates will be confirmed locally on site. It is anticipated that the works will take place between the 17/05/2023 and the 23/05/2023. Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic
Order 2023 Ref: 24-211
NOTICE is given that the Council of the City of Peterborough intends in not
less than seven days to make an Order pursuant to section 14(1)(a) of the
Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which is to stop any vehicle
from proceeding along the road known as Helpston Road, Ailsworth, as lies between the A47 and Singerfire Road. The Council is satisfied that traffic should be prohibited due to proposed works being executed on the above road. The alternative route for vehicles affected by this order is: Main St, Peterborough Rd, Marholm Rd, Stamford Rd, Castor Rd, Helpston Rd and vice versa. The proposed order will come into force on the 22/05/2023 and will continue until the water mains works have been completed or until the 21/05/2024, whichever is the earlier. Closure dates will be confirmed locally on site. It is anticipated that the works will take place between the 22/05/2023 and the 26/05/2023.
