What is happening?

STAFFORDSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 – DIVERSION OF VEHICULAR TRAFFIC
School Lane, Bradnop. Notice is hereby given that Staffordshire County Council on 9th May 2023 made an Order the effect of which is to prohibit any vehicle from proceeding in that length of School Lane, Bradnop. For more information regarding access arrangements, timings and diversion routes please visit https://one.network/?tm=132984576. The Order will come into operation on 16th May 2023 and the said works will commence on or as near as practicable to that date. It is anticipated the works will be completed by 16th May 2023. The Order will remain in force for a period of 18 months or until the tree works to access overhead powerlines, which it is proposed to carry out on or near the road have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 – TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC
Cheddleton Heath Road, Cheddleton Heath. Notice is hereby given that Staffordshire County Council on 9th May 2023 made an Order the effect of which is to prohibit any vehicle from proceeding in that length of Cheddleton Heath Road, Cheddleton Heath. For more information regarding access arrangements, timings and diversion routes please visit https://one.network/?tm=133834571. The Order will come into operation on 18th May 2023 and the said works will commence on or as near as practicable to that date. It is anticipated the works will be completed by 24th May 2023. The Order will remain in force for a period of 18 months or until the new power supply works, which it is proposed to carry out on or near the road have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

Leigh Crossing, Upper Leigh. Notice is hereby given that Staffordshire County Council on 4th May 2023 made an Order the effect of which is to prohibit any vehicle from proceeding along Leigh Crossing, Upper Leigh. For more information regarding access arrangements, timings and diversion routes please visit https://one.network/?tm=133025568.The Order will come into operation on 20th May 2023 and the said works will commence on or as near as practicable to that date. It is anticipated the works will be completed by 21st May 2023. The Order will remain in force for a period of 18 months or until the annual testing works, which it is proposed to carry out on or near the road have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

Dodsleigh Lane, Lower Leigh. Notice is hereby given that Staffordshire County Council intend not less than seven days from the date of this notice to make an Order the effect of which is to prohibit any vehicle from proceeding along Dodsleigh Lane, Lower Leigh. For more information regarding access arrangements, timings and diversion routes please visit https://one.network/?tm=133174996.The Order will come into operation on 27/05/2023 and the said works will commence on or as near as practicable to that date. From 27th of May until 28th of May between 22:00 and 07:00; From 3rd of June until 4th of June between 22:00 and 07:00. It is anticipated the works will be completed by 04/06/2023. The Order will remain in force for a period of 18 months or until the level crossing testing, which it is proposed to carry out on or near the road have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 – TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC AND TEMPORARY SUSPENSION OF ONE-WAY ORDER
Queen Street, Uttoxeter. Notice is hereby given that Staffordshire County Council on 02/05/2023 made an Order the effect of which is to temporarily prohibit traffic and temporarily suspend the One-way Order along Queen Street, Uttoxeter. For more information regarding access arrangements, timings and diversion routes please visit https://one.network/?tm=133371618. 
The Order will come into operation on 15/05/2023 and the said works will commence on or as near as practicable to that date. It is anticipated the works will be completed by 26/05/2023. The Order will remain in force for a period of 18 months or until the installation of non-return valve in carriageway, which it is proposed to carry out on or near the road have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
