C144 RITTON BANK TO NETHERWITTON/
C144 NETHERWITTON VILLAGE, NETHERWITTON
(TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE) ORDER 2023

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Northumberland County Council have made an Order to prohibit the use by vehicular traffic on the following sections of highway in the County of Northumberland.
C144 Ritton Bank To Netherwitton from its junction with the access road to Nunnykirk Hall heading south for a distance of 4390 metres.
C144 Netherwitton Village from its junction with C145 heading west then north for a distance of 400 metres.
The Order is to be effective from the 12th May 2023 until the 31st October 2023.
It is expected that the road will only be closed from the 12th May 2023 until the 31st May 2023 between the hours of 08:00 until 16:00 during this period; however, the order will remain in place until 31st October 2023.
The alternative route for vehicular traffic will be via the C145, B6342, C144 and vice-versa.
