The City Of Cambridge (Civil Enforcement Area) (Waiting Restrictions And Street Parking Places) Order 2020 (Amendment No. 31) (Station Road) Order 2023
NOTICE is hereby given that on 26th April 2023 the Cambridgeshire County Council has made an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, and of all other enabling powers the effect of which is to: Implement a prohibition of waiting at any time on Station Road, Cambridge, north side from a point 53m east of its junction with Tenison Road in an easterly direction for a distance of 67metres.
A consolidation of the existing traffic regulation order in force will also occur for which there will be no changes to the existing streetscape to enable ease of administration.
A copy of the Order, which comes into operation on 4th May 2023 together with a map showing the effects of the Order and a Statement of the Reasons for having made the Order, may be inspected at the office of the undersigned and at the Highways Service, Stanton Way, Huntingdon PE29 6PY.
Any person wishing to question the validity of the Order or of any provision contained in it on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended, on the grounds that any requirement of that Act or of any instrument made under it has not been complied with in relation to the Order may, within six weeks from 26th April apply to the High Court for this purpose.
