QUEENS AVENUE, BARNSLEY
TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE
An order has been made to close Queens Avenue from the junction of Gawber Road to house number 73, from 1 May 2023 for approximately three days.
Reason: Installation of fibre network.

ACORN WAY, GRIMETHORPE
TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE
An order has been made to close Acorn Way, from outside house numbers 6 to 16, from 3 May 2023 for approximately one day.
Reason: Replace manhole cover and frame.
An alternative route is available via: Queensway/St Lukes Road/Cemetery Road.

TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE
An order will be made to close Birch Road from Don Drive to Laurel Avenue, from 10 May 2023 for approximately one day.
Reason: Replace manhole cover and frame.

An order will be made to close Wollaton Close for the full length, from 9 May 2023 for approximately two weeks.

BARNSLEY ROAD, BRIERLEY
TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE
An order has been made to close Barnsley Road from Frickley Bridge Lane to Brierley Roundabout, from 3rd May 2023 for approximately 6 weeks between 7pm and 6am. The road will only be closed for two nights on two separate occasions within this period.
Reason: Pre-patching, surface dressing and lining works.
An alternative route is available via: Barnsley Road A628, South Moor Road, Moor Lane, Rotherham Road, Park Springs Road, Collier Road, Brierley Road.

BILLINGLEY GREEN LANE, BILLINGLEY
TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE
An order has been made to close Billingley Green Lane, from A635 Doncaster Road to primrose Hill, from 17 April 2023 for approximately 20 days.
Reason: Install water supply.
An alternative route is available via: Flat Lane/Doncaster Road.

TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE
An order will be made to close Manchester Road, for a distance of 20 metres either side of railway level crossing, from 00:01 to 08:30 on 7 May 2023.
Reason: Maintenance work to drains on railway level crossing.
An alternative route is available via: Station Road/Mitchelson Avenue/Barnsley Road/North Road/Whinby Road.
