Fox Way and Bush Farm Drive, Temporary Road Closures
What is happening?
ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 TEMPORARY TRAFFIC ORDER - FOX WAY AND BUSH FARM DRIVE, PORTSLADE
1. NOTICE is hereby given that Brighton & Hove City Council intend not less than seven days from the date of this notice to make an Order pursuant to powers in Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended which when it comes into force will have the following effect in phases as and when signed:-
(a) The temporary southbound closure of the western end of Bush Farm Drive, Portslade, between property no.55 Bush Farm Drive and the junction with Fox Way.
(b) The temporary closure of Fox Way, Portslade, between its junctions with New Barn Close and Warrier Close.
(c) During the closure of Fox way, it will be necessary to close the western end of Bush Farm Drive at its junction with Fox Way.
2. The Order is necessary to allow junction improvement works to take place.
3. A diversion for vehicular traffic will be signed.
4. This Order comes into force on 9 May 2023 for eighteen months or until such sooner time as the works are completed, which is anticipated to be the 3 June 2023.
