C131 Shadfen Junction To Bothal Bridge - Temporary Road Closure

TO BOTHAL BRIDGE BOTHAL
(TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE)
ORDER 2023

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Northumberland County Council have made an Order to prohibit the use by vehicular traffic on that section of the C131 Shadfen Junction To Bothal Bridge from the south end of Bothal Bridge to the entrance to Shadfen Cottage for a distance of 430 metres in the County of Northumberland.
The Order is to be effective from the 19th April 2023 until the 19th October 2023.
It is expected that the road will only be closed from the 19th April 2023 until the 25th April 2023 between the hours of 08:00 and 16:00 during this period, however, the order will remain in place until 19th October 2023.
The alternative route for vehicular traffic will be via the C131, C395, A1068, A196 and vice-versa.
