B1523 PLESSEY ROAD BLYTH
(TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE) ORDER 2023
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Northumberland County Council have made an Order to prohibit the use by vehicular traffic on that section of the B1523 Plessey Road Blyth for a distance of 10 metres either side of the level crossing in the County of Northumberland.
It is expected that the road will only be closed on the following dates; however, the order will remain in place until 1st May 2023.
22:00 hours on the 15/04/2023 to 05:00 hours
on the 17/04/2023 Continuous
22:00 hours on the 22/04/2023 to 05:00 hours
on the 24/04/2023 Continuous
22:00 hours on the 29/04/2023 to 05:00 hours
on the 01/05/2023 Continuous
The Order is to be effective from the 15th April 2023 until the 1st May 2023.
The alternative route for vehicular traffic will be via Plessey Road, Rotary Way, Links Road, South Newsham Road, Newcastle Road and vice versa.

The closure has been requested by Centurion Site Service on behalf of Siemens to install an under carriageway crossing for cables.
