LOCAL GOVERNMENT ACT 1972 SECTION 123 (2A) LAND ADJACENT
209 LINDEN ROAD BOURNVILLE IN THE CITY OF BIRMINGHAM
NOTICE is hereby given that Birmingham City Council (hereinafter referred to as “the Council”) propose to dispose of the land described in the Schedule hereto
THE said land is shown edged red on the plan which may be inspected on request by email to alan.vale@birmingham.gov.uk (Mobile 07885 237526)
THE Council will consider any objections to the proposal which objections should be made in writing to the undersigned (quoting reference LS/PTY/AV/213190) not later than the 21st April 2023.
THE SCHEDULE
ALL that piece of land containing in an area approximately 84.5 square metres adjacent to 209 Linden Road Bournville in the City of Birmingham which said piece of land is public open space.
