Blakenall & Goscote - 20MPH Speed Limit

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Walsall Metropolitan Borough Council proposes to make an Order under the provisions of Section 84 and Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 Restrictions under the Order Prohibition of driving at a speed in excess of 20 miles per hour on those roads as listed in Schedule 1 of this Order. Further information A copy of the Order, together with maps showing the roads subject to the Order and a statement of the Council’s reasons for making the Order may, by appointment, be examined at the offices of Walsall Council, The Civic Centre, Darwall Street, WALSALL during normal office hours. Any enquiries relating to the proposals may also be made to the Road Safety Team, Walsall Council either on telephone number, 01922 650000 or to the email address roadsafety@walsall.gov.uk.
