What is happening?




SHEFFIELD CITY COUNCIL
(HERDINGS) (20 MPH SPEED LIMIT) ORDER 2023
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Sheffield City Council proposes to make an Order under the provisions of Section 84 and Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984

The effect of the Order will be to introduce a 20mph speed limit on the whole or on parts of Blackstock Drive, Constable Close, Constable Drive, Constable Place, Constable Road, Constable Way, Gibbons Drive, Landseer Close, Landseer Drive, Landseer Place, Leighton Drive, Leighton Place, Mawfa Avenue, Mawfa Crescent, Mawfa Drive, Mawfa Road, Morland Close, Morland Drive, Morland Place, Morland Road, Norton Avenue, Oakes Park View, Orpen Drive, Orpen Way, Raeburn Close,
Raeburn Place, Raeburn Road, Raeburn Way, Sandby Court, Sandby Croft and Sandby Drive.

A copy of the proposed Order, a plan showing the roads concerned and a statement of the Council’s reasons for proposing to make the Order may be examined during normal opening hours at First Point Reception, Howden House, 1 Union Street, Sheffield, S1 2SH or on the City Council Website at
www.sheffield.gov.uk/home/roads-pavements/traffic-orders.

Any observations, either supporting or objecting to the proposed Order, including the grounds for your objection, should be sent in writing to the undersigned by 20 April 2023
