Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 The London Borough Of Richmond Upon Thames (Waiting And Loading Restriction) (Civil Enforcement Area) (Amendment No. **) Order 202* Albert Road, Hampton Hill Burtons Road, Hampton Hill Links View Road, Hampton Hill Wellington Road, Hampton Hill

1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames propose to make the above Order under section 6 and 124 of, and Part IV of Schedule 9 to, the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended.

2. The general effect of the Order will be to introduce waiting restrictions operating at any time, in lengths of the following roads:-

a) Links View Road/Burtons Road junction;

b) Links View Road/Wellington Road junction, upgrading existing single yellow lines;

c) Burtons Road/ Albert Road junction;

d) Links Road, both sides between a point outside and opposite the common boundary of Nos 18/20 Links View Road and a point outside and opposite the common boundary of Nos 10/12 Link View Road.

3. Copies of the proposed Order, plans showing the location and effect of the proposals and the Council's Statement of Reasons for proposing to make the Order: -

a) can be inspected, quoting Reference 23/053, at the Civic Centre (Central Reception, ground floor), 44 York Street, Twickenham between 9.15am and 5pm on Mondays to Fridays, except for Bank and other public holidays; and

b) may be viewed on the Council's web-site at http://www.richmond. gov.uk/public_notices

4. Persons wishing to object to or support the proposals or any part thereof should write to the Head of Engineering, Traffic and Parking Policy, London Borough of Richmond upon Thames, Civic Centre, 44 York Street, Twickenham TW1 3BZ within 28 days of the date of this Notice giving the grounds of their objection. Representations may also be sent by email to Trafficorders@richmond.gov.uk.

5. Nothing in the Order applies to:

(a) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works or any public service or utility vehicle;

(b) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police officer in uniform or a civil enforcement officer; or

(c) any vehicle being used for police, fire brigade or ambulance purposes.

6. Any vehicle waiting in contravention of any restriction imposed by the Order may be removed under the provisions of the Removal and Disposal of Vehicles Regulations 1986.

14 (1) Temporary Parking Restrictions Various Roads in the Borough

1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate water pipe replacement works they intend to make a temporary Traffic Order, the effect of which will be to introduce a temporary prohibition of traffic in various streets.

2. Whilst the works take place no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to wait or stand in the roads detailed in the schedule, between the dates indicated. The restrictions will operate on a rolling basis.

3. The order will come into effect on 27 March 2023. The restrictions will be in force at all times from 27 March 2023 until 13 July 2023. The order will remain in force for a period of 18 months, to allow for unexpected events and possible remedial works.

4. The prohibitions apply only during such time and to such extent as indicated by prescribed traffic signs.

5. Nothing in the Order applies to:

(a) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works or any public service or utility vehicle;

(b) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police officer in uniform or a civil enforcement officer; or

(c) any vehicle being used for police, fire brigade or ambulance purposes.

6. Any vehicle waiting in contravention of any restriction imposed by the Order may be removed under the provisions of the Removal and Disposal of Vehicles Regulations 1986.

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION 14 (1) Temporary Parking Suspension Priory Road, Richmond

1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that accommodate building works, they intend to make a temporary Traffic Order, the effect of which will be to introduce temporary prohibition of traffic in Priory Road, Richmond.

2. Whilst the works take place no person may permit a vehicle to wait or stand in Priory Road, Richmond, outside No. 16 Priory Road

3. The order will come into effect on 24 March 2023 .The works are anticipated to be in progress 24 March 2023 and 24 June 2023. The order will remain in force for a period of 18 months, to allow for unexpected events and possible remedial works.

4. The prohibitions apply only during such time and to such extent as indicated by prescribed traffic signs.

5. Nothing in the Order applies to:

(a) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works or any public service or utility vehicle;

(b) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police officer in uniform or a civil enforcement officer; or

(c) emergency service vehicles, subject to site conditions at the time of any emergency.

Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 - Section 14 (1) Temporary Parking Suspension Peldon Passage, Richmond

(Reference 23/047) The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that accommodate scaffolding, they have made a temporary Traffic Order, the effect of which will be to introduce temporary prohibition of traffic in Peldon Passage, Richmond.

2. Whilst the works take place no person may permit a vehicle to wait or stand in Peldon Passage, on the eastern side, adjacent to No. 163 Sheen Road, from the southern kerb-line of Sheen Road, southwards for a distance of 20 metres. The 2 resident parking bays will be suspended.,

3. The order will come into effect on 20 March 2023 .The works are anticipated to be in progress 20 March 2023 and 30 April 2023. The order will remain in force for a period of 18 months, to allow for unexpected events and possible remedial works.

4. The prohibitions apply only during such time and to such extent as indicated by prescribed traffic signs.

5. Nothing in the Order applies to:

(a) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works or any public service or utility vehicle;

(b) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police officer in uniform or a civil enforcement officer; or

1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate lead pipe replacement works, they intend to make a temporary Traffic Order, the effect of which will be to introduce temporary prohibition of traffic in St Georges Road, Twickenham

2. Whilst the works take place no person may permit a vehicle to proceed wait or stand in St Georges Road between its junctions with St Peter's Road and The Avenue.

3. The order will come into effect 31 March 2023. The works are anticipated to be in progress from 31 March 2023 to 18 April 2023. The order will remain in force for a period of 18 months, to allow for unexpected events and possible remedial works.

4. Alternative routes for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via The Avenue, Ailsa Road, St Margarets Drive, Promeroy Close and St Peter's Road.

5. The prohibitions apply only during such time and to such extent as indicated by prescribed traffic signs.

6. Nothing in the Order applies to:

(a) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works or any public service or utility vehicle;

(b) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police officer in uniform or a civil enforcement officer; or

(c) emergency service vehicles, subject to site conditions at the time of any emergency.
