What is happening?

PLYMOUTH CITY COUNCIL
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH (TAVISTOCK ROAD (BUS LANE)) (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF DRIVING) ORDER 2023

NOTICE is hereby given that Plymouth City Council acting under section 14(1) of the Road Traffc Regulation Act 1984 (as amended), intend to make an Order the effect of which is:

1. To suspend and close the bus lane on:
     •     Tavistock Road - travelling in an Southerly direction from the junction of Charlton Road to the junction with Plumer Road off-slip

The prohibition of driving will be in operation on the days and during the hours that the appropriate traffc signs are displayed.

The Order shall come into force on 18th April 2023 and shall continue in force for a maximum of 18 months
It is anticipated that the alternating lane closures for traffc signal loops works will commence on the 18th April 2023 until 19th April 2023
