Temporary Traffic Regulation Order 2023
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Northumberland County Council have made an Order under Section 14 (1)(a) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. This is in accordance with section 15(8) of said Act and Regulation 7 of The Road Traffic (Temporary Restrictions) Procedure Regulations 1992 the effect of which is to temporarily prohibit the use of vehicular traffic on the following lengths of highway in the County of Northumberland.
A189 Annitsford to Moor Farm Roundabout from its junction with A19 Moor Farm Roundabout heading south on the southbound carriageway for a distance of 1040 metres.
The alternative diversion route is via the A19, A1056.
A189 Annitsford to Moor Farm Roundabout from its junction with A189 North Tyneside Boundary heading north on the northbound carriageway for a distance of 1040 metres.
The alternative diversion route is via the A1056, A189, B1321, B1319.
A189 Moor Farm Roundabout to Kitty Brewster Bridge from its junction with A19 Moor Farm Roundabout heading north for a distance of 1760 metres.
The alternative diversion route is via the A19, A1171, B1505.
It is anticipated that the Road may only be closed at the following times:
20:00 hours on the 06/03/2023 to 06:00 hours on the 07/03/2023
20:00 hours on the 07/03/2023 to 06:00 hours on the 08/03/2023
20:00 hours on the 08/03/2023 to 06:00 hours on the 09/03/2023
20:00 hours on the 09/03/2023 to 06:00 hours on the 10/03/2023
