ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 – SECTION 14(1)

(Bedford Street, Leeds) (Temporary Suspension of Parking Bays) Order 2023 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that because recladding works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the under mentioned highway, Leeds City Council has today made an Order, the effect of which is to temporarily Suspend the use of 4 parking bays situated on Bedford Street, Leeds so that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle from entering the bays, nor stop, wait, load or unload within them, the exception being site compound deliveries. Essential access to and from premises and for emergency vehicles will be maintained. The Order shall come into operation on Monday 3 April 2023 and will remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months or until the works are completed if earlier. (Aire Street, Leeds) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic and Pedestrian Use) Order 2023

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that because City Square Project works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the under mentioned highways ; Leeds City Council has today made an Order, the effect of which is that: No person shall cause or permit any vehicle to travel, or to proceed on foot, along Aire Street, Leeds in the Hunslet & Riverside Ward from its junction with Wellington Street for a distance of approximately 30 metres. A diversionary route for pedestrians and vehicles affected by the closure will be available via: Wellington Street, Thirsk Row, Aire Street. Essential access to premises and for emergency vehicles will be maintained. The Order is intended to come into operation on Thursday 16 March 2023 and will remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months or until the works are completed if earlier. (Manor Road, Holbeck, Leeds) (Temporary Suspension & Movement of Parking Bays) Order 2023

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that because scaffolding works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the under mentioned highways, Leeds Citya Council has today made an Order the effect of which will be to: 1. Temporarily Suspend the use of ten parking bays situated on Manor Road, Holbeck between its junctions with Victoria Road and David Street; so that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle from entering the bays, nor stop, wait, load or unload within them. 2. Temporarily Relocate two parking bays for exclusive use by Enterprise Car Club on Manor Road, Holbeck. Essential access to premises and for emergency vehicles will be maintained. The Order shall come into operation on 16 March 2023 and will remain in force for a maximum period of 18  months or until the works are completed if earlier. (Temporary Right Turn Restriction) Order 2023 Wellington Street Leeds

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that because City Square Project works are being executed on or near the under mentioned highways; Leeds City Council has today made an Order, the effect of which is that; No person shall cause or permit any vehicle to make a right turn from Wellington Street into Thirsk Row. The above restriction will come into operation on 16 March 2023; and will continue in force for a maximum period 18 months; though it is envisaged that it will only be required for a period of 6 months. (Skelton Gate Bridlepath, Leeds) (Temporary Prohibition Of Use) Order 2023

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that because construction works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the under mentioned Bridleway, Leeds City Council has today made an Order, the effect of which is that: No person shall proceed by foot or on horseback along Skelton Gate Bridlepath, between its junctions with Beckside Crescent and Pontefract Lane. A diversionary route for users affected by the closure will be available via the signed existing footpath that follows along the perimeter of the site boundary. The Order shall commence on Thursday 16 March 2023 and will remain in force for a  maximum period of 6 months or until the works are completed if earlier.
