NOTICE OF TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC – ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 – Various Roads Within Crewe & Nantwich

Notice is hereby given that the Cheshire East Borough Council in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, and of all other enabling powers proposes to make an order the effect of which will be to temporarily prohibit traffic.

Prohibition of traffic:
Elm Drive, Crewe – For its full extent
Evans Street, Crewe – For its full extent
Manor Way, Crewe – For its full extent
Plane Tree Drive, Crewe – For its full extent
Prunus Road, Crewe – For its full extent
Primrose Hill, Crewe – For its full extent
For diversions and specific dates please visit one.network
This order will come into operation on Saturday 1 April 2023 and will continue in force for 18 months or for such less time as is necessary to complete the work to be executed in the highway, although it is anticipated that the works will be completed by Sunday 31 March 2024.

NOTICE OF TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC – ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 – Maxwell Street, Crewe
Notice is hereby given that the Cheshire East Borough Council in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, and of all other enabling powers proposes to make an order the effect of which will be to temporarily prohibit traffic.
Prohibition of traffic – Maxwell Street, Crewe – From the junction of Edleston Road to outside number 24
The alternative route will be via Derrington Avenue, Edleston Road and vice versa which is considered the most suitable route.
This order will come into operation on Monday 24 April 2023 and will continue in force for 18 months or for such less time as is necessary to complete the work to be executed in the highway, although it is anticipated that the works will be completed by Friday 5 May 2023.

NOTICE OF TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC – ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 – Vicarage Lane, Bunbury
Notice is hereby given that the Cheshire East Borough Council in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, and of all other enabling powers has made an order the effect of which will be to temporarily prohibit traffic.Prohibition of traffic – Vicarage Lane, Bunbury – From the junction of Wyche Lane to the junction of Wyche Road
The alternative route will be via Bowes Gate Road, Bunbury Common Road, Whitchurch Road, School Lane and vice versa which is considered the most suitable route.
This order will come into operation on Monday 3 April 2023 and will continue in force for 18 months or for such less time as is necessary to complete the work to be executed in the highway, although it is anticipated that the works will be completed by Friday 28 April 2023.
