Badsley Moor Lane, Rotherham - temporary prohibition of through traffic
What is happening?
ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION 14(1)
PART OF BADSLEY MOOR LANE CLIFTON ROTHERHAM
(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF THROUGH TRAFFIC)
NOTICE is hereby given that Rotherham Borough has made an Order the effect of
which is to prohibit any vehicle from proceeding along that part of Badsley Moor
Lane from its junction with A6021 Clifton Lane roundabout to the western kerbline
of Carrington Street from Monday 20th. March until Friday 15th. December 2023.
NOTICE is further given that the alternative route for vehicles affected by the
Order is via A6021 Broom Road, A6021 Wickersley Road, Middle Lane South and
vice versa.
The reason for the prohibition is because works are being or are proposed to be
executed on or near the road (Major highway works).
