The Order comes into effect on the 17th of April, 2023 and will continue in force for a period not exceeding six months or until the work which it is proposed to carry out on the road is completed, whichever is the earlier.  If the work is not completed within six months the Order may be extended for a further period of six months with the approval of the Welsh Government.  At this stage it is anticipated that the work will be completed within approximately 120 days.
