Temporary Orders

Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (RTRA 1984) The County of Cornwall (Road From Highmoor To Nescott, North Petherwin) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2023 
Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in North Petherwin. This prohibition is necessary for water connection works and it is expected that the closure will be from 11th April 2023 to 13th April 2023. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0730 and 1800, weekdays only. 
Road affected - Road From Highmoor To Nescott, North Petherwin between the junction of Copthorne Road and grid reference SX 27743:92437.

The County of Cornwall (Road From Old Polapit Tamar To Ladycross, Launceston) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2023 
Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 13th March 2023 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Launceston. 
This prohibition is necessary for patching works and it is expected that the closure will be from 27th March 2023 to 29th March 2023. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0730 and 1700, weekdays only. 
Road affected - Road From Old Pola pit Tamar To Ladycross, Launceston between grid references SX32393:89537 and SX 32681:90149.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 13th March 2023 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Launceston. This prohibition is necessary for ducting and jetting works and it is expected that the closure will be on the 30th March 2023 for one day. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0930 and 1500.
