Black Moor Road Keighley, Temporary Traffic Notice
What is happening?
ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 SECTION 14 CITY OF BRADFORD METROPOLITAN DISTRICT COUNCIL BLACK MOOR ROAD, OXENHOPE, KEIGHLEY TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC ORDER NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council by reason of electrical works to be executed on or near Black Moor Road, Oxenhope, Keighley has made the above named Order the effect of which is that no person shall proceed in the length of Black Moor Road from its junction with Brow Top Road to a point outside Moor End Farm.
PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with the works to be carried out on the said length of road.
Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times.
Alternative routes for vehicular traffic affected by the Order are available via Black Moor Road (unaffected section), Denholme Road, Station Road, Keighley Road, Hebden Road, Brow Top Road and vice versa.
The Order comes into operation at 08:00 hours on the 13th March 2023 and remains in force until 18:00 hours on the 17th March 2023 (although the closure can remain in force for up to eighteen months if necessary).
