THE NOTTINGHAMSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL
(FIFTH AVENUE AND FOURTH AVENUE, EDWINSTOWE)
(PROHIBITION OF WAITING) TRAFFIC REGULATION ORDER 2023 (3354)
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Nottinghamshire County Council Has Made an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, Traffic Management Act 2004, as amended, and The Civil Enforcement of Parking Contraventions (County of Nottinghamshire)
Designation Order 2008 (SI 2008 No. 1086), as amended, the effects of which will be, in respects of roads at Edwinstowe in the District of Newark and Sherwood: -
Vehicles will be prohibited from Waiting At Any Time along the following lengths of road:
Fifth Avenue, Edwinstowe (north-east side) - From a point 10 metres north-west of its junction with Fourth Avenue (North Road) in a south- easterly direction to a point 10 metres south-east of that junction- From a point 10 metres north-west of its junction with Fourth Avenue (South Road) in a south- easterly direction to a point 10 metres south-east of that junction.
Fifth Avenue, Edwinstowe (south-west side) - From a point 10 metres northwest of its junction with Fourth Avenue (South-west Road) in a south- easterly direction to a point 10 metres south-east of that junction.
Fourth Avenue, Edwinstowe (North Road) (Both Sides) - From its junction with Fifth Avenue in a north-easterly direction for 10 metres.
Fourth Avenue, Edwinstowe (South Road) (Both Sides) - From its junction with Fifth Avenue in a north-easterly direction for 10 metres.
Fourth Avenue, Edwinstowe (South-west Road) (North-west side) - From a point 10 metres southwest of its junction with Fourth Avenue (North-west Road) in a north- easterly direction to a point 10 metres north-east of that junction.
Fourth Avenue, Edwinstowe (South-west Road) (Both Sides) - From its junction with Fifth Avenue in a south-westerly direction for 10 metres.
Fourth Avenue, Edwinstowe (Northwest Road) (Both sides) - From its junction with Fourth Avenue (South-west Road) in a north-westerly direction for 10 metres.

THIS ORDER WILL COME IN FORCE ON 17th MARCH 2023
These proposals have been introduced to deal with inconsiderate parking at junctions.
