Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 As Amended By The Road Traffic (Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991 Section 14(1) Temporary Introduction Of Waiting And Loading Restrictions High Street And Garratt Road HA8

The BARNET LONDON BOROUGH COUNCIL HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that owing for the need to facilitate UV lining sewer pipe works, they intend to make an Order which will:

(a) temporarily introduce a length of 'at any time' waiting and loading restrictions on the northeast side of High Street HA8, between a point 106 metres northwest of the northwestern kerbline of Garratt Road and a point 49 metres southeast of the south-eastern kerbline of Garratt Road, while the works take place.

(b) temporarily introduce a length of 'at any time' waiting and loading restrictions on the northwest side of Garratt Road HA8, between a point in line with the northeastern kerbline of High Street and a point 26 metres northeast of the northeastern kerbline of Garratt Road, while the works take place.

(c) temporarily introduce a length of 'at any time' waiting and loading restrictions on the southeast side of Garratt Road HA8, between a point in line with the northeastern kerbline of High Street and a point 29 metres northeast of the northeastern kerbline of Garratt Road, while the works take place.

The Order will commence at 8.00pm on Thursday 30th March 2023 and is expected to last for 2 nights. The works are expected to take place between the hours of 8pm and 5am each night.

Nothing in the above paragraphs shall apply to anything done with the permission of or at the direction of a Police Constable or a Civil Enforcement Officer in uniform. Further information may be obtained by contacting NRSWA Team, London Borough
