Kent County Council, acting in exercise of its powers under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984,  makes or intends to make the following Orders.

SEVENOAKS AREA

A233 Westerham Hill, Westerham. TN16 2EA (PROHIBITION OF DRIVING) TEMPORARY ORDER 2023
Because of Openreach works, Kent County Council intends to make an Order to temporarily prohibit through traffic on part of A233 Westerham Hill, Westerham, on or after 27th March 2023 for up to 38 days or until the works have been completed.
The road will be closed between Chestnut Avenue and Westerham Heights Buildings.
The alternative route is via A233 Main Road/Leaves Green Road/Westerham Road, B265 Heathfield Road, West Common Road, Baston Manor Road, Manor Road, A232 Croydon Road, A21 Farnborough Common/Farnborough Way/Sevenoaks Road, A224 Orpington Bypass/London Road/Morants Court Road/London Road, A25 Worships Hill/Westerham Road/Main Road/High Street, A233 Beggars Lane/London Road and vice versa.

B269 Pootings Road, Crockham Hill. TN8 6SF (PROHIBITION OF DRIVING) TEMPORARY ORDER 2023
Because of UKPN works, Kent County Council intends to make an Order to temporarily prohibit through traffic on part of B269 Pootings Road, Crockham Hill, on or after 27th March 2023 for up to 3 days or until the works have been completed.
The road will be closed outside Old Stables at Medhurst.
The alternative route is via B2042 Ide Hill Road, B2027 Four Elms Road, B2026 Station Road/Main Road, B269 Spout Lane and vice versa.

Bessels Green Road, Bessels Green. TN13 2PS (PROHIBITION OF DRIVING) TEMPORARY ORDER 2023
Because of Openreach works, Kent County Council intends to make an Order to temporarily prohibit through traffic on part of Bessels Green Road, Bessels Green, on or after 30th March 2023 for up to 1 day between 090.30hrs and 15.30hrs or until the works have been completed.
The road will be closed between B2042 Cold Arbor Road and Bessels House.
The alternative route is via Bessels Green Road, A25 Westerham Road, B2042 Cold Arbor Road and vice versa.

Bower Lane, Eynsford. DA4 0AB(PROHIBITION OF DRIVING) TEMPORARY ORDER 2023
Because of Thames Water works, Kent County Council intends to make an Order to temporarily prohibit through traffic on part of Bower Lane, Eynsford, on or after 27th March 2023 for up to 5 days or until the works have been completed.
The road will be closed outside Fountain Cottages.
The alternative route is via Bower Lane, Pollyhaugh, St Martins Drive, Eynsford Rise, A225 Station Road/High Street and vice versa.

Brittains Lane, Sevenoaks. TN13 2NE (PROHIBITION OF DRIVING) TEMPORARY ORDER 2023
Because of Openreach works, Kent County Council intends to make an Order to temporarily prohibit through traffic on part of Brittains Lane, Sevenoaks, on or after 28th March 2023 for up to 2 days or until the works have been completed.
The road will be closed at the junction with Beaconfields.
The alternative route is via Brittains Lane, A224 Amherst Hill/London Road/Tubs Hill/High Street, Oak Lane and vice versa.

Carters Hill, Underriver. TN15 0SB (PROHIBITION OF DRIVING) TEMPORARY ORDER 2023
Because of UKPN works, Kent County Council intends to make an Order to temporarily prohibit through traffic on part of Carters Hill, Underriver, on or after 27th March 2023 for up to 5 days or until the works have been completed.
The road will be closed outside Village Hall.
The alternative route is via Carters Hill, Bank Lane, B245 London Road, A225Weald Interchange, A225 Riverhill, St Julian’s Road, Fawke Wood Road and vice versa.

Shelleys Lane, Knockholt.​ TN14 7PG (PROHIBITION OF DRIVING) TEMPORARY ORDER 2023
Because of Thames Water works, Kent County Council has made an Order to temporarily prohibit through traffic on part of Shelleys Lane, Knockholt, on or after 13th March 2023 for up to 5 days or until the works have been completed.
The road will be closed adjacent to Oakdale.
The alternative route is via Shelleys Lane, Burlings Lane, Main Road and vice versa.

South Park, Sevenoaks. TN13 9WF (PROHIBITION OF DRIVING) TEMPORARY ORDER 2023
Because of Vodafone works, Kent County Council intends to make an Order to temporarily prohibit through traffic on part of South Park, Sevenoaks, on or after 1st April 2023 for up to 1 day between 08.00hrs and 18.00hrs  or until the works have been completed.
The road will be closed outside Telephone Exchange.
The alternative route is via South Park, Granville Road, A224 Tubs Hill/London Road and vice versa.

Westbury Terrace & Farley Nursery, Westerham. TN16 1RR (PROHIBITION OF DRIVING) TEMPORARY ORDER 2023
Because of Openreach works, Kent County Council intends to make an Order to temporarily prohibit through traffic on part of Westbury Terrace and Farley Nursery, Westerham, on or after 30th March 2023 for up to 1 day between 08.00hrs and 16.00hrs or until the works have been completed.
The roads will be closed at their junctions with each other.
The alternative route is via New Street, A25 High Street, B2024 Croydon Road, Farley Lane, Croft Road, Granville Road, Westbury Terrace, and vice versa.
