Mae Cyngor Sir Dinas a Sir Caerdydd, gyda chymeradwyaeth Llywodraeth Cymru wrth arfer ei bwerau dan Adran 16A Deddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffyrdd 1984 (fel y’i diwygiwyd), a’r holl bwerau galluogi eraill, heb fod yn llai na 7 niwrnod i ddyddiad yr Hysbysiad hwn, yn bwriadu gwneud Gorchymyn a fydd yn para ddim mwy na 3 diwrnod. Effaith gyffredinol y Gorchymyn fydd gwahardd dros dro gerbydau rhag defnyddio neu fynd ar hyd:
Plas Bute, Cei Britannia, Rhodfa’r Harbwr, Rhodfa Lloyd George, Stryd Tyndall, Stryd Herbert, Heol Porth Teigr, Heol y Cargo a Heol y Lociau ar eu hyd
Heol Hemingway o’r gyffordd â Heol y Sgwner i’r gyffordd â Rhodfa Lloyd George
Mae angen y Gorchymyn er mwyn hwyluso cynnal y digwyddiad canlynol (Ras 10K Bae Caerdydd 2023, Caerdydd) a daw i rym Dydd Sul 26 Mawrth 2023.
Disgwylir i’r Hysbysiad hwn fod yn weithredol rhwng 6.00am a 1.30pm Ddydd Sul 26 Mawrth 2023.
Bydd y cyfyngiadau a nodir ond ar waith ar yr adegau ac i’r graddau a ddangosir ar arwyddion a/neu hysbysiadau a gaiff eu harddangos.

TEMPORARY TRAFFIC PROPOSAL
THE COUNTY COUNCIL OF THE CITY AND COUNTY OF CARDIFF
(CARDIFF BAY 10K RUN 2023, CARDIFF)
(TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURES) ORDER 2023
The County Council of the City and County of Cardiff, with approval of the Welsh Government in exercise of its powers under Section 16A of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended), and of all other enabling powers intends in not less than 7 days from the date of this Notice to make an Order the maximum duration of which is 3 days. The general effect of the Order is to temporarily prohibit vehicles from using or proceeding along:
Bute Place, Britannia Quay, Harbour Drive, Lloyd George Avenue, Tyndall Street, Herbert Street, Heol Porth Teigr, Cargo Road and Locks Road throughout their lengths
Hemingway Road from its junction with Schooner Way to its junction with Lloyd George Avenue
The Order is necessary to facilitate the following event to take place (Cardiff Bay 10K Run 2023, Cardiff) and shall come into operation on Sunday 26th March 2023. The expected period of operation is between the hours of 6:00am and 1:30pm on Sunday 26th March 2023.
The restrictions specified will only have the effect at such times and to such extent as indicated by the display of signs and/or notices.
The Order will be known as “ The County Council of the City and County of Cardiff (Cardiff Bay 10K Run 2023, Cardiff) (Temporary Road Closures) Order 2023”.
