Gorchymyn Cefnffordd Yr A5 (Cylchfan Halton I Gylchfan Whitehurst, Y Waun, Bwrdeistref Sirol Wrecsam) (Gwaharddiadau A Chyfyngiadau Traffig Dros Dro) 2023

MAE GWEINIDOGION CYMRU wedi gwneud Gorchymyn o dan adran 14 o Ddeddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffyrdd 1984. Mae angen y Gorchymyn er mwyn gwneud gwaith ar gefnffordd yr A5 rhwng Cylchfan Halton a Chylchfan Whitehurst, i'r gogledd o'r Waun, Bwrdeistref Sirol Wrecsam. Effaith y Gorchymyn yw:

i. gwahardd dros dro pob cerbyd (ac eithrio'r rheini sy'n cael eu defnyddio gan y gwasanaethau brys neu ar gyfer y gwaith), beicwyr a cherddwyr rhag teithio rhwng Cylchfan Halton a Chylchfan Whitehurst.

Y llwybr arall ar gyfer traffig sy'n teithio tua'r gorllewin o Gylchfan Halton yw mynd ar hyd yr A5 tua'r de i Gylchfan Gledrid a'r B5070 tua'r gogledd i ailymuno 3'r gefnffordd wrth Gylchfan Whitehurst: i'r gwrthwyneb ar gyfer traffig sy'n teithio tua'r dwyrain o Gylchfan Whitehurst. Bydd y cyfyngiad pwysau ar bont y B5070 yn y Waun yn cael ei atal dros dro tra bo'r gwaith yn cael ei wneud.

ii. gosod terfyn cyf lymder o 50 mya, 40 mya, 30 mya neu 10 mya dros dro ar y darn o'r A5 a ddisgrif ir uchod. Dim ond pan fydd gwaith confoi yn digwydd y bydd y terfyn cyf lymder o 10 mya yn gymwys ac ni chaniateir goddiweddyd ar yr adegau hyn.

Daw'r Gorchymyn i rym ar 1 Mawrth 2023. Disgwylir i'r gwaharddiadau a'r cyfyngiadau dros dro weithredu yn ysbeidiol o 06:00 o'r gloch ar 1 Mawrth 2023 am gyfnod o 18 mis ar y mwyaf. Bydd hysbysiad am yr holl waith sy'n cael ei wneud yn ystod y cyfnod hwn yn cael ei arddangos cyn i'r gwaith ddechrau.

Gellir gweld copi o'r Gorchymyn a'r Hysbysiad ar wefan Llywodraeth Cymru ar https://l lyw.cym ru/gorch myn ion-ffy rdd.
