Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (U41400 Tagwell Road, Droitwich Spa) (Temporary Closure) Order 2023 Order made: to close that part of U41400 Tagwell Road from its junction with U41545 Corbett Avenue to its junction with B4090 Worcester Road. Reason: Footway reconstruction by WCC. Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: U41400 Tagwell Road, C2076 Tagwell Road, U41417 Primsland Way, B4090 Worcester Road and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 5 days Commencing: 6 March 2023

(U22205 Manor Road, Bentley Pauncefoot) (Temporary Closure) Order 2023 Proposed Order: to close that part of Manor Road from its junction with C2079 Sillins Lane to its junction with U22205 Banks Green.

Reason: To provide safe access for overhead cabling by Openreach.

Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: U22205 Banks Green, C2045 Copyholt Lane, C2060 Curr Lane, C2060 Church Road, C2060 Crumpfields Lane, U30000 Norgrove Lane, C2079 Sillins Lane and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 1 day Commencing: 29 March 2023

(U20216 Hockley Brook Lane, Belbroughton) (Temporary Closure) Order 2023 Proposed Order: to close that part of U20216 Hockley Brook Lane from its junction with C2062 Dordale Road to its junction with U20217 Link Road Reason: New customer connection by Severn Trent Water Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: C2062 Dordale Road and vice versa. Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 3 days Commencing: 22 March 2023

(U21525 Barley Mow Lane, Catshill) (Temporary Closure) Order 2023 Order made: to close that part of U21525 Barley Mow Lane from its junction with B4185 Gibb Lane to its junction with U21570 Severn Close.

Reason: Installation of new zebra crossing by WCC. Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: Local traffic diversion 1: B4185 Gibb Lane, B4185 Golden Cross Lane, U21525 Oak Road, U21523

Barley Mow Lane (part) and vice versa. Through Traffic for A38 diversion: B4185 Gibb Lane, B4185 Golden Cross Lane, A38 Birmingham Road. Local traffic & frontage access diversion 2: U21523 Barley Mow Lane (part), U21530 Blake Road, U21531 Byron Way, U21532 Milton Road and vice versa.

(U22203 Angel Street, Bentley Pauncefoot) (Temporary Closure) Order 2023 Order made: to close that part of U22203 Angel Street from its junction with U22205 Banks Green to its junction with U22204 Pumphouse Lane Reason: New customer connection by Openreach Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: U22204 Pumphouse Lane, U22205 Manor Road and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 1 day Commencing: 7 March 2023

(Link Footpath F40876 Droitwich Park Way (side No 18 Across Westacre) and BR7555 Footbridge over Droitwich Canal, Droitwich Spa (Temporary Closure) Order 2023 Proposed Order: to close that part of Link Footpath F40876 Droitwich Park Way (side No 18 Across Westacre) and BR7555 Footbridge over Droitwich Canal from its junction with F40088 Canal path to Leigh Grove for a distance of 100 metres in a northerly direction. Reason: Replacement footbridge by WCC. Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: F40088 Droitwich Canal path (southside), F40950 divorced bridleway running alongside canal (southside) (PROW 580(A)), U41720 Briar Mill (BR2359), unnumbered footpath on north side of canal and vice versa.

(U21408 Cherry Hill Road, Barnet Green) (Temporary Closure) Order 2023

Proposed Order: to close that part of U21408 Cherry Hill

Road from its junction with U21411 Twatling Road to its

junction with B4120 Kendal End Road.

Reason: New gas mains by Cadent Gas.

Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises

fronting the highway affected where there is no other

form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.

Alternative route: B4120 Kendal End Road, C2151 Fiery Hill Road, U21411 Twatling Road and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 30 days Commencing: 27 March 2023

(U21425 Holywell Lane, Rubery) (Temporary Closure) Order 2023

Order made: to close that part of U21425 Holywell Lane

from its junction with U21423 Alvechurch Highway to its junction with C2058 School Road.

Reason: Repair to burst water main by Severn Trent Water.

Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises

fronting the highway affected where there is no other

form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.

(U22009 Orchard Crescent, Stoke Prior) (Temporary Closure) Order 2023

Order made: to close that part of U22009 Orchard Crescent from its junction with C2004 Shaw Lane, for 24 metres (between no. 5-7).

Reason: Dropped kerb for vehicle crossing by WCC. Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: U22009 Orchard Crescent, C2004 Shaw Lane and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration:

4 days Commencing: 6 March 2023

(U22403 Wharf Lane, Tutnall and Cobley) (Temporary Closure) Order 2023

Order made: to close that part of U22403 Wharf Lane

from its junction with C2178 Brockhill Lane for a distance

of 95 metres in a northerly direction.

Reason: Burst water main by Severn Trent Water.

Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises

fronting the highway affected where there is no other

form of access and to allow the works to be undertaken.

Alternative route: U22403 Wharf Lane Northbound,

C2001 Stoney Lane, B4096 Hewell Lane, C2178 Brockhill

Lane and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 3 days Commencing: 6 March 2023

Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) Worcestershire County Council (District of Wychavon - Droitwich) (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (Waiting Restrictions and Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2004 (Variation) Order 2023 [Prohibition of Waiting on The Holloway and Charles Henry Road, Droitwich]

Worcestershire County Council are to consider making an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit waiting at any time on the following lengths and sides of roads in Droitwich:-

The Holloway (East side): from its junction with Charles Henry Road for a distance of 10 metres in a northerly direction and 11 metres in a southerly direction. Charles Henry Road (Both sides): from its junction with The Holloway for a distance of 12 metres in an easterly direction.

The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order (which provides for civil enforcement of contraventions of waiting prohibitions and restrictions) and will contain exemptions to allow parking/access for certain purposes and limited waiting by disabled persons vehicles.
