What is happening?

THE DERBYSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL
ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984
(A623 CALVER ROAD, BASLOW)
PROHIBITION OF WAITING ORDER 2023

Notice is hereby given that, on 23rd February 2023 Derbyshire County Council pursuant to Section 84 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 made an Order with the above title.
The Order comes into force on 6th March 2023, the effect of which will be:
Prohibition of waiting at any time
A623 Calver Road, Baslow
South-west side - from a point 19 metres north-west of its junction with Bubnell Bridge for a distance of 29 metres in a north-westerly direction.
A copy of the Order and documents giving more detailed particulars of the Order are available for inspection at the offices of the Derbyshire County Council, Main Reception, County Hall, Matlock between 9:00am and 5pm on each day from Monday to Friday and on request by emailing Highways.hub@derbyshire.gov.uk or calling 01629 538610 until 6 weeks after the Order is made and at Baslow Post Office, School Lane, Baslow between 9:00am and 5pm Monday to Sunday until 6th April 2023.
Any person who wishes to question the validity of the Order, or any provision contained in it, on the ground that it is not within the powers of The Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or on the ground that a requirement of that Act or any relevant regulation made under it has not been complied with may, within 6 weeks from 23rd February 2023 make application for the purpose to the High Court.
