The Cornwall Council

Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 
(RTRA 1984)
The County of Cornwall (Trefula, St Day) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2023

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in St Day. This prohibition is necessary for poling works and it is expected that the closure will be from 27th March 2023 to 28th March 2023. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0930 and 1530, weekdays only.

Road affected - Trefula, St Day between the junction of St Day Road and grid reference SW7181342441.

Pedestrian and Vehicular access will be maintained to properties.

The County of Cornwall (Tregurra Lane and Bedruthan Avenue, Truro) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2023

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 27th February 2023 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned lengths of road in Truro. 

This prohibition is necessary for gas works and it is expected that the closure will be from 13th March 2023 to 31st March 2023. The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekends included.

Roads affected - Tregurra Lane between the junctions of Bodmin Road and the property named Belvedere and Bedruthan Avenue between the junctions of Tregurra Lane and Trevaylor Close, Truro.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Redruth. This prohibition is necessary for new gas connection works and it is expected that the closure will be from 27th March 2023 to 31st March 2023. The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekdays only. 

Road affected - Treskerby, Redruth between grid references SW7164443418 and SW7181043699.

The County of Cornwall (Fore Street, Station Road, Church Road and Trevenson Road and Agar Road, Pool) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2023

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 27th February 2023 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA

1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned lengths of road in Pool. This prohibition is necessary for surfacing works and it is expected that the closure will be from 19th March 2023 to 31st March 2023. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 1900 and 0600, weekends included. 

Roads affected - Agar Road, Illogan Highway for its entire length, Fore Street and Trevenson Road, Pool for their entire lengths, Station Road, Pool between the junction of Fore Street and Carn Brea Avenue, Church Road, Pool between the junction of Fore Street and Moorfield Road.

(Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2023

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Coverack. This prohibition is necessary for poling works and it is expected that the closure will be from 1st April 2023 to 2nd April 2023. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0930 and 1530, weekends included.

Road affected - School Hill, Coverack between grid reference SW78126 18044 and property named The Sea House.
