What is happening?

THE EAST RIDING OF YORKSHIRE COUNCIL
ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984
SECTION 14 (1) TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF THROUGH TRAFFIC WOODHALL WAY, MOLESCROFT (PART)

Notice is hereby given that East Riding of Yorkshire Council intends not less than seven days from the date of this notice to make an Order, the effect of which will be to prohibit any vehicle from proceeding along Woodhall Way, Molescroft between numbers 1 and 7 commencing Monday 20 February 2023 between 09.00 hours and 14.30 hours to provide and fix new cover.

The road closure is necessary to enable the works to be carried out in a manner consistent with ensuring the safety of the public.

The Order is valid for 18 months, but it is anticipated that the works will be completed within the same day.

The diversion for traffic affected by this closure will be via the remainder of Woodhall Way, Wylies Road, North Bar Without, New Walk, Molescroft Road, Driffield Road back onto Woodhall Way.
Access will be maintained for residents, pedestrians and the emergency services.
